About the Cristal Exchange Founder
Muastapha Sofia / Cristal Ray
Deeply obsessed with truth and justice, Mustapha was an autodidact coming from a poor family and illiterate parents!
As if by miracle, he was able to travel abroad and finish his studies in industrial engineering in Belgium while simultaneously studying economics and management control.
He worked in management IT and landed the position of head of the project evaluation sector at the Algerian Development Bank, before quickly resigning and leaving for Canada, where he started life from scratch as a self-employed and entrepreneur.
He has published several books including a Trilogy of engaged pragmatic wisdom: Wisdom of the Entrepreneur, Wisdom of the Leaders and Wisdom of the Alchemist, published in 2010.
Returning to studies at the University of Montreal, he obtained several diplomas including a Master’s degree in pedagogy and education management in 2014.
As an industrial engineer, Mustapha had to combine Pragmatism and Idealism, remaining passionate as much by the need for a true Renaissance of the foundations of the Economy as by the need of the Restoration of Classic values.
Facing the present social debauchery and the decadence of the very principles of civism and sound economy, Mustapha rethought everything to come out with a Mega Renaissance Synergy project: a PRIVATE INTRANET NETWORK whose main engine would be Crystal Exchange.
With current technology of communication and information processing, why not recreate the very principle of money as a digital measurement instrument, Gold Standard based to enhance direct barter ensuring mutual satisfaction without going through the floating fiat currency controlled by the private interests of central banks with all their tentacles of parasitic speculative interfaces?
The first birth of this project took place in 2019 under the name Jesus Exchange, mainly focused on the principle of blockchain and peer-to-peer free exchange in an INTRANET network eventually becoming a network of networks.
It was a premature launch attempt due to lack of a suitable partner, but it was rebuilt step by step at the beginning of 2022, in the midst of a global crisis, with a reliable German technological partner.
Even today, we are in the launch and start-up phase after a salutary and liberating split with the Mega Renaissance synergy project.
Pragmatism prevailed.
